About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Psychologist to join our team in Nova Scotia. As a key member of our virtual team, you will be responsible for providing top-quality mental health services to diverse audiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement new mental health program content for various client groups
  • Leverage innovative approaches to deliver mental health services, including digital therapeutics
  • Conduct assessments and provide individual and group treatment for conditions such as anxiety, trauma, depression, and substance misuse
  • Consult with interdisciplinary teams and contribute to in-house training sessions and case discussions
  • Contribute to program outcome evaluations at the provincial and national level
Requirements
  • Master's Degree or Ph.D. in Psychology from an accredited university
  • Current registration in good standing with the Nova Scotia Board Of Examiners In Psychology
  • Individual professional liability insurance required at time of employment
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience conducting psychological assessments with adults for various goals, including treatment planning
  • Experience providing evidence-based treatments grounded in cognitive-behavioral approaches
  • Experience developing and evaluating mental health programs
  • Experience working in interdisciplinary teams and with third-party payers
  • Experience utilizing telehealth/virtual care methods
