Key Responsibilities- Guest Registration: Register arriving guests and assign rooms in a timely and efficient manner.
- Conflict Resolution: Resolve complaints and claims in a professional and courteous manner.
- Group Arrivals and Departures: Process group arrivals and departures, ensuring a smooth and organized experience for our guests.
- Room Reservations: Take, cancel, and change room reservations as needed.
- Guest Services: Provide information on hotel facilities and services, including amenities and local attractions.
- Inventory Management: Maintain an inventory of vacancies, reservations, and room assignments.
- Communication: Answer telephone calls and relay messages to guests and staff.
- Special Needs: Assist guests with special needs, ensuring their stay is comfortable and enjoyable.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to guest inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: Experience an asset.
- Language: Work Language: English.
- Work Term: Permanent.
- Hours: 35 hours per week.
