About the Role:

We are seeking a seasoned professional to join our team at Banque Nationale as a Senior Client Advisor. In this role, you will play a key part in optimizing business processes and client satisfaction.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert advice to senior management, influence strategic objectives, and implement solutions to enhance business processes and client satisfaction.
  • Lead initiatives to improve sales force effectiveness and operational efficiency.
  • Identify and solve complex problems, drive continuous improvement, and optimize sector efficiency.
  • Balance standardized processes with personalized client needs to deliver sustainable solutions.
  • Evaluate the impact of changes on client offerings and coordinate initiatives for the business unit.
  • Manage change and deploy solutions to the sales force.
  • Maintain effective communication with project stakeholders and serve as a resource for stakeholders and management.
  • Represent the business unit on various committees and initiatives.
  • Support the advisory sales force with client cases related to banking offerings.

About the Team:

You will be part of a team of 50 colleagues led by the Senior Director of Business and Digital Solutions. Our team is known for its diverse expertise, agility, and focus on delivering the best client experience.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree with 6 years of relevant experience or Master's degree with 4 years of relevant experience.
  • Significant experience in business project management and process improvement.
  • In-depth knowledge of banking processes and systems.
  • Familiarity with commercial banking processes and systems (desirable).
  • Excellent communication, influencing, and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in Office 365, collaborative tools, and JIRA/Confluence.
