Daily Responsibilities:
Each day in this role presents unique challenges. Responsibilities may include:
- Overseeing the client renewal process and collaborating with team members on marketing needs, deadlines, and deliverables for assigned accounts.
- Identifying specific client risk exposures.
- Developing tailored service plans and delivery strategies that support coverage solutions and promote Aon’s products and services.
- Coordinating client information with the Broking Team to initiate the renewal process.
- Managing existing programs, defining routine risk exposures, and providing initial advice on general policy coverages under the guidance of the principal Account Executive.
- Preparing client service summaries, program reports, and client survey data for review by Service Team Management.
- Processing client requests and reviewing documentation for routine policy modifications, additions, deletions, renewals, or cancellations.
- Reviewing policy contracts from the Broking Team to ensure client needs are adequately addressed.
- Verifying endorsements, cover notes, and certificates of insurance produced by the Client support team for accuracy and completeness.
- Leading by example to demonstrate the importance of best practices across all business lines.
- Performing other related duties as assigned.
- Managing and servicing an assigned portfolio of accounts.

Qualifications for Success:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in the insurance industry;
- Level I Insurance License is required;
- Level II Insurance License is preferred;
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills, both verbal and written;
- Client-focused with proven relationship-building abilities;
- Capacity to work collaboratively as a key team member and independently with minimal supervision.
