Client Relationship Manager

At People Corporation, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Account Manager (MGA+) to join our team in GroupQuest, a division of Partner Solutions.
The Account Manager will be the primary relationship owner for defined advisors' books of business, specifically those that are eligible for the MGA+ services.
This role will involve overseeing the daily routine tasks involved with addressing customer needs and concerns, while maintaining account activities.
The Account Manager will wear multiple hats in this role, adjusting their focus depending on the client's situation and level of satisfaction with their current account status.
Key responsibilities include:
- Maintaining a broad understanding of carrier and solution advantages and disadvantages, and communicating them to advisors.
- Triage and resolving incoming requests, engaging the right resources and processes within Partner Solutions as needed to provide exceptional customer experience.
- Acting as a trusted liaison between customers and operational teams.
- High level of accountability and ownership of issues, with ability to manage resolution through to completion.
To be successful in this role, candidates will need:
- 3+ years of experience in Group Benefits sales and/or service, carrier or advisor side.
- Attention to detail, accuracy, and quality control.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on building trust and credibility.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask and prioritize workload in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive attitude and strong team player with ability to work well with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to meet deadlines and deliver results in a timely manner.
Preferred qualifications include:
- Fluency in French language.
- BGA designation.
