Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Alberta LTD.

Job Summary:

The Food Service Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that food and service meet quality control standards, and maintaining records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish methods to meet work schedules and supervise the activities of staff who prepare and portion food.
  • Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation and ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
  • Address customers' complaints or concerns and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
  • Prepare and submit reports and establish work schedules.
  • Supervise a team of 3-4 people and work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
Requirements:
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Permanent employment with 30 to 40 hours per week.
  • Fluency in English.
