Job Title: Administrative Officer

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Officer to join our team at VG Infotech Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our staff and ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our staff, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and preparing documents.
  • Office Management: Ensure the office is well-organized and equipped with necessary supplies and equipment.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of employee information, including personnel files and benefits.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with staff, management, and external stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Problem Solving: Identify and resolve administrative issues in a timely and efficient manner.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and organizational skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Work Environment:

The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced environment with a team of experienced professionals. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team, and will have excellent communication and organizational skills.

Language:

The language of work is English.

Hours of Work:

The hours of work are 35 hours per week.
