Job Title: Administrative Officer

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Officer to join our team at VG Infotech Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our staff and ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Review and evaluate new administrative procedures to ensure they are efficient and effective.
  • Delegate work to office support staff and establish work priorities to ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met.
  • Carry out administrative activities of the establishment, including administering policies and procedures related to the release of records.
  • Co-ordinate and plan for office services, including accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services.
  • Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence.
  • Oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures to ensure they are running smoothly.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Work Environment:

The successful candidate will work in a private sector environment with a dynamic and supportive team.

Language:

The primary language of work is English.

Hours of Work:

35 hours per week.
