About the RoleWe are seeking a visionary leader to join us in transforming healthcare across Markham, Whitchurch-Stouffville, Uxbridge, and beyond.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the Senior Leadership Team and provide inspirational leadership to effectively navigate the rapidly evolving healthcare landscape.
- Ensure the highest quality of care is delivered to patients and families.
- Foster the organization's 'honoured to care culture' and have a solid understanding of the diversity of staff, patients, and the broader community.
- Build positive relationships with the Ministry of Health, Ontario Health, and other partners and stakeholders.
- Prioritize patient experience as a key facet of quality.
- Develop and implement strategies to advance equity, diversity, inclusion, and belonging across staff and patient interactions.
- Progressive senior leadership experience, ideally in healthcare.
- Demonstrated achievements accompanied by an impeccable reputation.
- Academic credentials consistent with industry practice at the CEO level.
