- Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, including food preparation, service, and customer satisfaction.
- Ensure that all staff are trained and equipped to provide excellent customer service.
- Staff Management
- Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team of staff.
- Provide coaching and feedback to staff to ensure that they are meeting their performance goals.
- Customer Service
- Ensure that all customers receive exceptional service and that their needs are met.
- Address customer complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Inventory Management
- Oversee the inventory of food, supplies, and equipment to ensure that they are adequate and that waste is minimized.
- Develop and implement strategies to reduce inventory costs.
- Health and Safety

- Develop and implement strategies to prevent accidents and injuries.
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a restaurant management role.
- 3-4 years of experience in a related field, such as hospitality or customer service.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in hospitality or business administration an asset.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Ability to analyze financial data and to develop and implement strategies to increase revenue.
