About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at Delicate Media Inc. as an Office Coordinator. This is a permanent position with a 35-hour workweek.

Key Responsibilities
  • Information Coordination: Coordinate the flow of information within the team to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Meeting and Event Support: Record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences, and ensure that all necessary documentation is up-to-date.
  • Office Operations: Determine and establish office procedures and routines to optimize efficiency and productivity.
  • Data Analysis: Oversee the analysis of employee data and information to inform business decisions.
  • Communication Strategies: Oversee the development of communication strategies to ensure effective internal and external communication.
  • Research and Data Compilation: Compile data, statistics, and other information to support business objectives.
  • Travel Arrangements: Arrange travel, related itineraries, and make reservations as needed.
  • Data Entry: Perform data entry tasks to maintain accurate and up-to-date records.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Language: English (work language).
  • Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
