What We're Looking For:

We're seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Accounts Receivable Coordinator. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, accurately reconciling customer payments and/or supplier accounts, and analyzing sales data for completeness.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service and communication
  • Accurately reconcile customer payments and/or supplier accounts
  • Research and follow up on discrepancies
  • Analyze sales data for completeness and report on account anomalies
  • Monitor and track invoice compliance and accruals
  • Recommend process improvement suggestions for reconciliation and research practices

Requirements:

  • Enrolled in a business program with an accounting focus
  • Proven intermediate Excel skills
  • Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn and operate new software
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong analytical and research skills for reconciliations
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication
