Opportunity:
We are currently seeking Millwright Professionals with expertise in reciprocating equipment to join our Project Coordination Team. If you have hands-on technical experience combined with project coordination skills, this role may be the perfect fit for you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and oversee projects related to the repair and maintenance of reciprocating equipment from inception to completion, ensuring compliance with timelines, budgets, and quality benchmarks.
  • Utilize your technical knowledge in the repair and maintenance of reciprocating equipment to offer guidance and support to project teams, supervising assembly, part design, and fabrication.
  • Operate specialized 3D scanning equipment effectively.
  • Manage resources efficiently to enhance project productivity, coordinating with internal teams and external suppliers as necessary.
  • Responsible for sourcing and procuring tools and materials essential for project execution.
  • Maintain precise project documentation, including project plans, progress reports, and technical specifications, while providing regular updates on project status and milestones.
  • Implement quality assurance processes to uphold the highest standards in the repair and maintenance of reciprocating equipment, conducting inspections and audits as required.

Qualifications:

  • Mechanical Engineering Technology Diploma or equivalent qualification, or Journeyman Industrial Mechanic certification.
  • Demonstrated experience in coordinating technical projects, particularly in the repair and maintenance of reciprocating equipment.
  • Strong technical understanding of reciprocating equipment and related systems.
  • Excellent organizational and project management capabilities.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A collaborative approach to teamwork.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality outcomes.
  • Familiarity with relevant industry regulations and standards.
