About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Construction Site Supervisor to join our team at AV Homes Ltd. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our construction sites, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Coordination: Coordinate and schedule activities, ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Site Supervision: Supervise workers and projects, ensuring that health and safety regulations are followed and that all work is completed to the highest quality standards.
  • Material Management: Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and instruct individuals, ensuring that they have the necessary skills and knowledge to complete their tasks effectively.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure that all workers on site are aware of and follow health and safety regulations.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with workers, management, and clients, ensuring that all parties are informed and up-to-date on project progress.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a construction-related role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Environment: Outdoors, noisy, at heights, dusty.
  • Work Setting: Construction.
