Position Overview: We are seeking skilled Millwright Professionals with experience in reciprocating equipment to join our Project Coordination Team. If you possess hands-on technical expertise along with project coordination skills, this is the opportunity you have been looking for.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage projects related to the repair and maintenance of reciprocating machinery from inception to completion, ensuring compliance with timelines, budgets, and quality benchmarks.
- Utilize your technical knowledge in the repair and maintenance of reciprocating equipment to provide guidance and support to project teams, overseeing assembly, part design, and fabrication.
- Operate specialized 3D scanning equipment.
- Effectively manage resources to enhance project efficiency, coordinating with internal teams and external suppliers as necessary.
- Responsible for sourcing and procuring tools and materials required for projects.
- Maintain precise project documentation, including project plans, progress reports, and technical specifications, while providing regular updates on project status and milestones.
- Implement quality assurance processes to ensure the highest standards in the repair and maintenance of reciprocating equipment, conducting inspections and audits as required.
Qualifications:
- Mechanical Engineering Technology Diploma or equivalent education, or Journeyman Industrial Mechanic certification.
- Demonstrated experience in coordinating technical projects, particularly in the repair and maintenance of reciprocating machinery.
- Strong technical understanding of reciprocating equipment and related systems.
- Excellent organizational and project management capabilities.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work collaboratively within a team environment.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality outcomes.
- Familiarity with relevant industry regulations and standards.
