Kitchen Assistant

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Kitchen Helper to join our team at BURGER KING RESTAURANTS. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and safe working environment, ensuring high-quality food preparation and presentation, and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment, utensils, and work surfaces to maintain a high level of hygiene and safety.
- Prepare and cook food items, including cleaning and sanitizing dishes, utensils, and equipment.
- Stock and maintain inventory of food, supplies, and cleaning materials.
- Operate kitchen equipment, such as dishwashers, fryers, and food dispensers, in a safe and efficient manner.
- Assist with food preparation, including portioning, wrapping, and packaging.
- Provide excellent customer service, including serving customers at counters or buffet tables.
- Work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing time efficiently.
- Collaborate with other kitchen staff to maintain a smooth and efficient workflow.
- No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
- 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a similar role.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs) and stand for extended periods.
Our kitchen is a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service and maintaining high-quality food preparation and presentation. As a Kitchen Helper, you will be working in an urban area, with public transportation available.
