About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Kitchen Helper to join our team at BURGER KING RESTAURANTS. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of food quality, safety, and presentation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cleaning and Sanitation: Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment, utensils, and work surfaces to maintain a clean and hygienic environment.
  • Food Preparation: Assist in food preparation, including washing, peeling, and cutting vegetables and fruits.
  • Food Service: Serve customers at counters or buffet tables, ensuring prompt and courteous service.
  • Inventory Management: Assist in maintaining inventory levels, including stocking refrigerators and salad bars.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Assist in maintaining and cleaning kitchen equipment, including deep fryers and food dispensers.
  • Waste Management: Remove kitchen garbage and trash, and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Work Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a fast-paced environment.
  • Language: English is the primary language of communication.
  • Work Schedule: 30 to 35 hours per week.
Working Conditions

This is a fast-paced environment that requires standing for extended periods and working under pressure. The ideal candidate will be able to lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs) and work in a team environment.
