Position Overview

The Retail Operations Supervisor plays a crucial role in overseeing daily activities within the store. This position requires a proactive individual who can effectively manage staff and ensure optimal customer service.

Qualifications
  • Education: Completion of secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
  • Experience: A minimum of 1 year to less than 2 years of relevant experience is necessary.
Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and mentor staff including apprentices and design teams.
  • Delegate tasks to sales personnel to ensure efficient operations.
  • Recruit, train, and develop team members to enhance their skills.
  • Authorize financial transactions and manage payment processes.
  • Oversee inventory management and order new merchandise as needed.
  • Engage in direct sales activities to meet store targets.
  • Compile and present reports regarding sales performance, inventory, and staffing issues.
Work Environment

This role is set in a fast-paced retail environment that requires the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. The position involves a combination of sitting, standing, and walking throughout the workday.
