Retail Store Manager

At 6TH AVE FOOD MARKET LTD., we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our retail operations, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our store staff, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and train store staff to meet sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
- Assign tasks and duties to staff members to ensure efficient store operations.
- Manage inventory levels, including ordering and receiving merchandise.
- Authorize returns and exchanges, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Prepare sales reports and other relevant data to inform business decisions.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment, adhering to health and safety standards.
- Supervise and coordinate activities of store staff, ensuring seamless operations.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a retail supervisory role.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
The Retail Store Supervisor will work in a combination of sitting, standing, and walking environments, with occasional standing for extended periods. The ideal candidate will be able to work in a dynamic retail environment and maintain a high level of energy and productivity.
