Director of Infrastructure Operations

The Director of Infrastructure Operations is tasked with the comprehensive oversight of municipal services and infrastructure management. This role encompasses a wide range of responsibilities including the administration of roadways, bridges, waste management facilities, and water systems.
Key ResponsibilitiesThe successful candidate will:
- Provide strategic leadership and technical guidance in departmental decision-making.
- Ensure the safe and efficient execution of daily operations and maintenance tasks.
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of departmental staff and external contractors.
- Develop and recommend multi-year capital improvement plans aligned with budgetary goals.
- Collaborate with municipal leadership to achieve departmental objectives.
