Position: Portfolio Resource Coordinator

Status: Full-Time

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, with potential for overtime or on-call duties.

Job Overview

Reporting to the Client Service Manager, this pivotal role is focused on resource management and strategic scheduling tailored to the Client Service Manager's portfolio. This position collaborates closely with Paladin's Client Service Managers to proactively identify resource requirements, fill vacant shifts, and minimize overtime through strategic initiatives, while also assisting our security personnel by efficiently processing online ticket submissions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Proactively identify unfilled shifts and collaborate with the Client Service team to ensure comprehensive scheduling that meets contractual commitments.
  • Disseminate existing schedules through Paladin's scheduling software to keep Security Officers informed of their schedules well in advance.
  • Engage within a dynamic team setting with various operational stakeholders, including Site Supervisors, Security Officers, Client Service Managers, Senior Management, and the Operations Centre.
  • Address cancellations and vacancies in the daily schedule.
  • Coordinate with designated Client Service Managers to ensure their staffing requirements are met promptly.
  • Continuously develop knowledge of Paladin's contractual obligations for assigned portfolios, including site visits and ongoing training.
  • Play a significant role in Paladin's deployment process.
  • Conduct interviews and phone screenings for prospective candidates.
  • Ensure weekly billing accuracy and compliance.
  • Utilize Paladin's TEAM software for precise and timely scheduling, billing, and payroll management.

  • Capacity to meet strict deadlines with flexibility in time management.
  • Proficient in computer applications, with the ability to learn Paladin's Enterprise software.
  • Experience in scheduling, administration, or security supervision is advantageous.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours.
