Job Overview

Reporting to the Client Service Manager, this pivotal role focuses on resource management and effective scheduling tailored to the Client Service Manager's portfolio. The individual in this position will collaborate closely with Client Service Managers to proactively identify resource requirements, fill vacant shifts, and minimize overtime through strategic planning, while also assisting security personnel by efficiently processing online ticket requests.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Identify open shifts and collaborate with the Client Service team to ensure comprehensive schedules that meet contractual commitments.
  2. Disseminate existing schedules using Paladin's scheduling software to keep security personnel informed of their schedules well in advance.
  3. Engage with a dynamic team comprising various operational stakeholders, including Site Supervisors, Security Officers, Client Service Managers, Senior Management, and the Operations Centre.
  4. Address cancellations and fill vacancies in the daily schedule.
  5. Coordinate with designated Client Service Managers to ensure their staffing requirements are met proactively.
  6. Continuously develop knowledge of Paladin's contractual obligations for assigned portfolios, including site visits and ongoing training, while maintaining a close relationship with management.
  7. Play a significant role in the deployment process at Paladin.
  8. Conduct interviews and phone screenings for prospective candidates.
  9. Ensure weekly billing accuracy and compliance.
  10. Utilize Paladin's TEAM software for precise and timely scheduling, billing, and payroll management.
Qualifications:
  1. Demonstrated ability to cultivate and sustain strong working relationships both internally and externally.
  2. Strong leadership, organizational, and facilitation skills.
  3. Ability to think strategically.
  4. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  5. Strong customer service orientation and multitasking capabilities.
  6. Creative mindset to develop innovative approaches for success.
  7. Ability to meet tight deadlines with flexibility in time management.
  8. Proficient in computer usage, with a willingness to learn Paladin's Enterprise software.
  9. Experience in scheduling, administration, or security supervision is advantageous.
  10. Willingness to work flexible hours.
