About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Manager to join our team at Goodall Transport Ltd. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of HR strategies that align with our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement HR plans that support the achievement of our business goals and objectives.
  • Talent Acquisition: Design and execute recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent in the industry.
  • Employee Relations: Foster a positive and inclusive work environment by managing employee relations, resolving conflicts, and providing guidance and support.
  • Benefits and Compensation: Develop and administer benefits and compensation programs that align with industry standards and our company's goals.
  • Training and Development: Design and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge, and support career development.
  • Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations, and identify and mitigate potential risks.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in HR management, with a proven track record of success in talent acquisition, employee relations, and benefits administration.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with employees, management, and external partners.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Word, with experience in HRIS systems and other relevant software.
Work Environment

This is a permanent, full-time position with a 35-hour workweek. The ideal candidate will be able to work in a fast-paced environment, with tight deadlines and a high level of attention to detail.

Language and Work Conditions

The primary language of work is English, and the ideal candidate will be able to work in a multicultural environment with a high level of organizational skills.
