Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Talent Acquisition Leader to join our team at Winpak LTD. As a key member of our Human Resources department, you will be responsible for leading our staffing strategies and developing a comprehensive talent acquisition plan that aligns with our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Execute Talent Acquisition Strategy

Develop and execute a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy that delivers a positive and engaging experience for candidates, reflecting our company values and attracting top talent.

Manage Recruitment Processes

Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process for all positions, from job profiling and sourcing to offer negotiation, ensuring a seamless and efficient experience for both candidates and hiring managers.

Lead Talent Acquisition Team

Manage and mentor a team of recruiters in Canada and the U.S, providing guidance, support, and professional development opportunities to ensure the team's success.

Track Recruitment Metrics

Track recruitment metrics and analyze data to provide insights and continuously improve recruitment strategies and processes, ensuring alignment with our business objectives.

Ensure Diversity and Inclusion

Ensure our talent acquisition processes deliver on our value of diversity, inclusiveness, and respect, creating an environment where everyone can fully participate and succeed.

Requirements
  • Education

Relevant university degree or equivalent experience.

Experience

Minimum of 5 years in a Recruitment role, with experience in manufacturing and a unionized environment being an asset.

Abilities

Demonstrates a deep understanding of talent acquisition processes and techniques, with exceptional verbal, written, and presentation communication skills, and the ability to build trust with leaders, colleagues, and employees.
