Job Summary:

The Technical Training Specialist will play a key role in facilitating and planning all training activities on a daily basis. This role will be responsible for ensuring site-specific training systems are managed, improved regularly, and aligned with the company's learning and development goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of production team members.
  • Collaborate with the Operations Learning and Development (L&D) leader to support new hire orientation and onboarding training.
  • Assist with tracking, evaluating, and measuring training effectiveness using the company's Department Training Standards and Learning System tools.
  • Support the creation of site-specific technical learning solutions, including SOPs, guided workflows, and technical learning aids.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with trainees and leaders to ensure effective training and development.
  • Participate in new teammate hiring processes, assessing candidates' skills and providing input on hiring decisions.
  • Conduct training on all shifts and influence others to be safety-minded.
  • Additional duties as assigned.

Requirements:

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 1-3 years of experience conducting or leading training, including on-the-job training, in a manufacturing environment.
  • 2-4 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Knowledge of Learning Management Systems.
  • Microsoft Office experience, including Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Forms.
