WilsonCTS is seeking to fill the role of EHS Training Manager, a pivotal position within our Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) division.

As an integral member of the EHS team, you will play a crucial role in developing and sustaining a comprehensive EHS training program. This includes establishing strategic objectives, monitoring compliance with regulations, crafting policies, and facilitating effective communication.

This position ensures adherence to Enterprise EHS Standards, industry benchmarks, and external regulations.
Foster a proactive risk management approach while guiding stakeholders on addressing workplace health and safety challenges.

Offer insights on policies, processes, and tools for EHS, aiding in the creation, upkeep, and dissemination of EHS governance documents, such as policies, standards, and procedures.

Assess the industry and regulatory environment for trends and shifts to enhance the EHS Training Program.
Contribute to the identification of key EHS risks, trends, themes, and emerging challenges, providing valuable insights.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in policy formulation, project oversight, execution, and requirements management on large-scale and intricate projects.
~ Proficient in requirements planning and prioritization, including stakeholder engagement analysis.
~ Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with senior management.
~ In-depth knowledge of workplace health and safety policies and protocols.
~ Advanced degree or MBA, showcasing the ability to communicate effectively, conduct research, learn, and solve problems.

Work Arrangement:
Hybrid remote position.
