Assembler

- Assemble train components onto the train car body, including sidewall panel fastening and drilling.
- Install internal components (sub-assembled) onto the train car body.
- Comply with EH&S rules and safe working procedures at all times.
- Clean and maintain working areas and production equipment.
- Set up production equipment, including workstations, test benches, and inspection tools.
- Respect task time and quality level assigned by operating instructions, methods, process, and MRP routing.
- Identify parts as required by the operating instructions prior to installations.
- Monitor the production process and carry out basic testing and quality checks.
- Handle, store goods and raw materials in the factory or the warehouse.
- Alert Team Leadership on process drift or quality problems.
- Complete tally sheets on the MRP tool if requested by the Team leader.
- Pack goods ready for shipment in crates or other containers.
Performance Measurements:- Manufacturing efficiency: spent time vs methods time.
- Product quality target.
- Deliver production tasks on time.
- EHS rules respect.
Requirements:- Experienced operator in Electronics, Electrical, or Mechanical setting, with industrial working environment experience.
- More than 2 years of experience in Industrial or Manufacturing units, on electronics, electrical, or mechanical devices.
- Manufacturing effectiveness, quality focus, collaboration, and communication skills.
- Spoken and written English communication is required.
