  • Implement policies and procedures regarding the management of records in compliance with government access to information and privacy regulations.
  • Coordinate and strategize for office services, including accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, and security services.
  • Assist in developing the operating budget while maintaining inventory and budgetary oversight.
  • Compile data and generate regular and special reports, manuals, and correspondence.
  • Oversee and streamline office administrative procedures.
