**About the Role**

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join our team at CB Canada. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients in the financial services industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Problem Solving and Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve customer issues in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Customer Communication: Respond to customer inquiries through various channels, including phone, email, and online chat.
  • Needs Assessment and Solution Provision: Analyze customer needs and provide solutions that meet their expectations.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with our team to create a positive customer experience.

Requirements:

  • Excellent Communication Skills: Fluency in both French and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Customer Service Experience: 1 year of customer service experience is an asset.
  • Financial Services Experience: Financial services experience is an asset.
  • Computer Proficiency: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is required.
