Telecommunication and Operational Infrastructures Manager

BBA is seeking a seasoned Department Manager to lead our Telecommunication and Operational Infrastructures team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving our digital transformation in the industrial sector.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversee the development and implementation of network architecture and IT/OT solutions.
- Develop and manage the skills of department members through training and recruitment.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and prepare competitive proposals.
- Participate in projects as a technical contributor or project manager.
- Monitor and assess employees under your supervision.
- Collaborate with internal teams to increase department efficiency and quality.
- At least 10 years of experience in telecommunications or operational system architecture.
- Bachelor's degree in computer or electrical engineering with a specialization in telecommunications and networking, or any combination of education and experience relevant to the position.
- Knowledge of best practices in IT/OT infrastructure design, cybersecurity standards, and best practices.
- Bilingual (English and French), both spoken and written.
