We are seeking a seasoned professional to fill the position of Department Manager – Telecommunications and Operational Infrastructures. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the department's human, financial, and material resources, ensuring the successful execution of our business plan and meeting operational efficiency targets.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate consulting and engineering services for network architecture, IT/OT solutions development, IT/OT infrastructure, server rooms, and operations rooms.
- Develop department members' technical skills through training and work methods, and actively participate in recruiting and hiring qualified personnel to achieve our strategic objectives.
- Develop client relationships and prepare competitive proposals.
- Actively participate in projects in your field of expertise as a technical contributor or project manager.
- Monitor and assess employees under your supervision.
- Collaborate with internal teams to increase department efficiency and quality, ensuring a structured approach to project delivery.
- At least 10 years of experience in telecommunications or operational system architecture.
- Bachelor's degree in computer or electrical engineering with a specialization in telecommunications and networking, or any combination of education and experience relevant to the position.
- Knowledge of best practices in IT/OT infrastructure design, as well as cybersecurity standards and best practices.
- Bilingual (English and French), both spoken and written.
