Job Summary

The Coordinator, Region Office Operations plays a vital role in providing exceptional service to internal and external clients of IG Wealth Management. As the first point of contact, this individual is responsible for greeting clients, managing inquiries, and performing general administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcoming clients and managing incoming calls and correspondence
  • Supporting queries on key business transactions and providing general administration
  • Meeting room arrangement, technology setup, and office equipment maintenance
  • Offering direction and support to the Consultant network and their teams on policies, procedures, and available resources
  • Onboarding new members to the office and assisting with system training, form information, and office procedures
  • Providing other administrative duties and support to the Manager, Region Office Operations as required

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of administrative and reception experience, preferably in the Financial Services industry
  • Post-secondary education in a business discipline
  • Proven strengths in client service orientation, accountability, communication, teamwork, discretion, and business/technical skills
