Responsibilities
As a Regional Medical Trainer, you will be responsible for executing in-office training sessions and educational seminars to enhance the knowledge of our external customers on L'Oreal Medical Aesthetics brands. You will work closely with the National Training Manager and Regional Sales Manager to deliver consistent messaging and branding.
Key Responsibilities
- Co-facilitate large group, customer-facing seminars with the National Training Manager and/or Director in the field, utilizing tools and assets provided.
- Deliver customer-facing virtual seminars to our BB customers, focusing on product knowledge, professional protocols, science, selling techniques, and hands-on training.
- Coordinate with the National Training Manager to deliver virtual trainings with contractual strategic partners, including Flagship accounts, National Account partners, and other high-potential opportunities.
- Deliver excellent education via streaming services (ZOOM and TEAMS) and exemplify L'Oreal Medical Aesthetics branding displays and appropriate product positioning.
- Coordinate in-office trainings with local sales teams, focusing on high-potential clinics and strategic partners.
- Contribute to current training programs, developing new product materials, training materials, participant tools, or other new techniques to meet the needs of our external customers.
- Assist in the research, development, and delivery of new training programs, expanding current programs and keeping abreast of competitors' activities.
Operational Responsibilities
- Optimize time on territories by collaborating with local sales team members.
- Manage logistics and routing for field-based in-office training schedules.
- Maintain clear, consistent, and proactive communication between sales, leadership, and customers in correlation to in-office training initiatives.
- Maintain a stocked, clean, and organized detail bag to support in-office trainings and virtual trainings.
- Set up all displays, participant guides, and demonstration products at in-office trainings, consistent with leadership directives.
- Prepare monthly reports, including a calendar of training activities, budget, and summary of feedback from trainings.
- Enter in-office training and virtual participants into CME platforms (SalesForce or Veeva).
Meetings and Congresses
- Attend meetings and events when required.
- Attend L'Oreal Medical Aesthetics brands local congresses, in collaboration with Medical Affairs.
Requirements
- Undergraduate degree (preferred).
- Active medical aesthetics license.
- Minimum - years hands-on training experience and/or equivalent related work and educational experience.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
- Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply (optional).
- Valid Canada driver's license.
- Computer proficiency in Microsoft, ZOOM, TEAMS; SalesForce experience a plus.
