About the RoleWe are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Supervisor, Registration, Children and Youth Services to join our team at YMCA of Greater Vancouver. As a key member of our child care operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth registration and enrollment process for our child care programs.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee the registration and enrollment process for all child care programs, ensuring timely and accurate processing of applications.
- Maintain and update dynamic waitlists, center enrollments, and reporting as required.
- Provide exceptional customer service to parents, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Lead and support a team of child care registrars, providing guidance and coaching to ensure excellent service delivery.
- Collaborate with the operations team to ensure seamless communication and coordination between departments.
- Perform other related duties as required, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
- Minimum 3 years' experience in an administrative or relevant role, with a proven track record in registration and enrollment processes.
- Excellent organizational and administrative skills, with attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Exceptional customer service skills, with cultural sensitivity and ability to work with diverse populations.
- Proficient in utilizing Microsoft Office tools, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with ability to communicate effectively with parents, staff, and management.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment, with a focus on delivering excellent service.
