Supervisor, Registration, Children and Youth Services Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Supervisor to join our team at YMCA of Greater Vancouver. As a key member of our Child Care Operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our licensed child care spaces, managing enrollment and registration processes, and providing exceptional customer service to our families.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee enrollment and registration processes for all School Age and Early Years programs within YMCA of Greater Vancouver Child Care.
- Maintain and update centre enrollments, dynamic waitlist records, and reporting as required.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve enrollment rates and reduce waitlists.
- Provide administrative support to the Child Care Operations team, including data entry, record-keeping, and reporting.
- Collaborate with centre supervisors and management teams to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
- Coach, develop, and support direct reports to achieve their full potential.
- Perform other related duties as required, including special projects and initiatives.
- Minimum 3 years' experience in an administrative assistant or relevant role.
- Proven track record in effectively navigating and utilizing databases.
- Excellent organizational and administrative skills, with attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Exceptional customer service skills, with ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Proficient in utilizing Microsoft Office tools, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to think critically and make sound decisions.
