About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Stucco Plasterer to join our team at Hawk's Stucco Construction LTD. As a key member of our exterior finishing team, you will be responsible for applying, leveling, and smoothing coats of plaster to create a seamless and durable finish.

Key Responsibilities
  • Apply and finish coats of plaster to exterior surfaces, ensuring a smooth and even finish.
  • Clean and prepare surfaces for plaster application, including removing old finishes and debris.
  • Mix and apply plaster ingredients to the desired consistency, taking into account weather conditions and surface texture.
  • Install ornamental plaster panels, cornices, and trim, requiring attention to detail and precision.
  • Trowel or spray coats of stucco over exteriors of buildings to form weatherproof surfaces, adhering to industry standards and regulations.
Work Environment and Requirements
  • Work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a focus on quality and safety.
  • Stand for extended periods, bending, crouching, and kneeling as required.
  • Work in a variety of weather conditions, including extreme temperatures and humidity.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve project goals and deadlines.
  • Communicate effectively with clients and project stakeholders to ensure satisfaction and quality.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in stucco plastering or a related field.
  • Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces.
  • Strong hand-eye coordination and fine motor skills.
  • Physical stamina to perform manual labor for extended periods.
