About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Stucco Plasterer to join our team at Hawk's Stucco Construction LTD. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for applying, leveling, and smoothing coats of plaster to create a smooth and durable finish.

Key Responsibilities
  • Apply, level, and smooth coats of plaster to walls and ceilings
  • Clean and prepare surfaces to ensure a smooth finish
  • Finish corners and angles, and create decorative designs in the finish coat as required
  • Mix plaster ingredients to the desired consistency
  • Mould and install ornamental plaster panels, cornices, and trim
  • Trowel or spray coats of stucco over exteriors of buildings to form weatherproof surfaces
Work Environment and Physical Demands
  • Work in a fast-paced construction environment
  • Stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as bending, crouching, and kneeling
  • Use hand-eye coordination to apply plaster and other materials
Requirements
  • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in stucco plastering
  • Permanent employment
  • English language proficiency
  • 40 hours per week
