Job Title: Senior SharePoint Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior SharePoint Analyst to join our team at CB Canada. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for analyzing, designing, and implementing SharePoint solutions to enhance business processes and improve collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop SharePoint solutions using Power Apps and Power Automate (Flow)
  • Administer and maintain SharePoint sites, page lists, libraries, and document sets
  • Manage permissions at the site collection, subsite, list/library, and item/document levels
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and provide technical guidance
  • Develop and deliver customized InfoPath forms and other SharePoint solutions
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of experience in a similar role with recent experience administrating and developing within SharePoint Online
  • Proficient experience in building Power Apps and Power Automate (Flow) solutions
  • Proven working success in creating and maintaining SharePoint sites, page lists, libraries, and document sets
  • Solid skill and experience with managing permissions at the site collection, subsite, list/library, and item/document levels
  • Working knowledge with all aspects of the Microsoft SharePoint architecture from both a technical and functional perspective
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and solid skills in verbal and written communication
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and assignments, prioritize projects, set, and meet deadlines
  • Post-secondary degree in computer science, engineering, business administration, or equivalent
