Job Title: Healthcare Transformation Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Healthcare Transformation Manager to join our team at WELL Health Technologies Corp. (TSX: WELL). As a key member of our Clinic Transformation department, you will be responsible for managing the integration of digital solutions at our primary care clinics.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Engage with clinicians, clinic managers, and staff to implement digital tools that enhance workflow efficiencies within the healthcare space.
  • Collaborate with Medical Office Assistants (MOAs) to optimize workflows, streamline processes, and ensure efficient clinic operations.
  • Proactively address patient concerns and issues, serving as a point person to escalate and resolve any problems that may arise during the patient journey.
  • Develop and support new systems and processes as WELL Health Clinical Shared Services continues to grow and expand.
  • Work closely with physicians, clinic managers, and staff on-site and remotely to build strong relationships and trust.
  • Measure key performance indicators to evaluate the success of pilot programs and the impact of digital tools on clinic operations.
  • Provide regular project status reports to WELL Health leadership.
  • Configure, set up, and maintain various digital tools, including Online Bookings, Self-Check-In, Reporting, and Patient Reminders.
Requirements:
  • Managing team-members and having strong people management skills.
  • Project experience in Digital Implementation & assisting in project rollouts.
  • Lead Adoption strategies, plans, execution, and maintenance.
  • Proven ability to quickly build strong relationships with clinicians, managers, and staff.
  • Experience in leveraging technology to address healthcare challenges in Canada, particularly in clinic modernization and digital implementation, will be considered favorably.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills (high EQ).
  • Proficiency with Help Scout, RingCentral, Microsoft 365, KPI Metrics, PowerBi, and Smartsheets.
  • Openness to feedback, adaptability, and a willingness to embrace ambiguity and change are essential for this role.
  • Experience with Electronic Medical Records (EMRs) and a background in healthcare settings are preferred (though not mandatory).
