Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced AI Recruitment Specialist to join our team at RealVoice AI. As an AI Recruitment Specialist, you will be responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment process, leveraging our unique AI technology to attract, assess, and hire top talent for our rapidly expanding team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the AI-driven full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs.
  • Manage and maintain our AI-powered applicant tracking system (ATS).
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future openings.
  • Coordinate and participate in tech-focused recruitment events and career fairs.
  • Provide feedback to help improve our AI-driven recruitment process.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in recruitment, sales, customer service, or a related field (preferred but not required).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced startup environment.
