Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a primary advisor for hiring managers in the construction sector, addressing all recruitment needs
  • Collaborate with HR Business Partners and leadership to assess immediate and future hiring requirements
  • Contribute to strategic talent acquisition initiatives, including diversity and inclusion efforts, employer branding, and campus recruitment
  • Establish and nurture relationships with recruitment agencies and job boards
  • Work closely with hiring managers to define job requirements and recruitment strategies
  • Oversee the entire recruitment process, including job postings, candidate sourcing, interview coordination, and offer management
  • Develop a talent network for key positions through proactive sourcing
  • Lead specific recruitment projects aligned with business needs
  • Engage with hiring managers on-site during interviews to foster strong relationships

Qualifications:

  • Possession of a vehicle and willingness to travel for interviews
  • Post-secondary education or Human Resources Certification; equivalent experience will be considered
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience, preferably in the property or construction sectors
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and innovative candidate sourcing skills
  • Proven ability to influence and collaborate with management at all levels
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with a keen attention to detail
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with a high degree of autonomy
  • Professional demeanor with a commitment to confidentiality and discretion
