Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a consultant for hiring managers in the construction sector, addressing all recruitment needs
  • Collaborate with HR Business Partners and leadership to assess immediate and future hiring requirements
  • Contribute to strategic talent acquisition initiatives, including campus recruitment and diversity efforts
  • Establish and nurture relationships with recruitment agencies and job boards
  • Work closely with hiring managers to define role requirements and recruitment strategies
  • Oversee the entire recruitment process, including job postings, candidate sourcing, interview coordination, and offer management
  • Build a network of potential candidates for key positions through proactive sourcing
  • Lead specific recruitment projects aligned with business objectives
  • Engage with construction hiring needs and foster relationships through on-site interactions during interviews

Qualifications:

  • Possession of a vehicle and willingness to travel for interviews
  • Post-secondary education or Human Resources Certification; relevant experience is also acceptable
  • 3-5 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in the property or construction sector
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and innovative candidate sourcing skills
  • Confidence in collaborating with management at all levels
  • Exceptional communication and listening skills, with meticulous attention to detail
  • Highly organized with effective time management skills to thrive in a dynamic environment
  • Ability to work independently with a results-oriented mindset
  • Professional demeanor with the ability to maintain confidentiality
