Key Responsibilities:- Meet and greet customers, providing fast and efficient service with departures and returns
- Quality check for departing and returning RVs, ensuring they meet our high standards
- Demonstrate features of the RV rental fleet, providing expert information to customers
- Solve customer concerns and/or issues in a friendly and professional manner
- Perform basic administrative duties, processing financial transactions and reports
- Fluency in German or Dutch is an asset
- Be a person of integrity, always making a positive contribution to your work environment
- Be reliable, punctual, and hard-working
- Have excellent customer service and communication skills
