Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Vacation Experience Specialist to join our team at Fraserway RV. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring that our customers' vacation dreams are realized.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Meet and greet customers, providing a warm and welcoming experience
  • Provide fast and efficient service with departures and returns, ensuring a seamless experience for our customers
  • Conduct quality checks on departing and returning RVs to ensure they meet our high standards
  • Demonstrate the features and benefits of our RV rental fleet to customers
  • Solve customer concerns and issues in a friendly and professional manner
  • Perform basic administrative duties, including processing financial transactions and reports
  • Other duties as assigned by manager

Requirements:

  • Fluency in German or Dutch is an asset
  • Be a person of integrity and always make a positive contribution to your work environment
  • Be reliable, punctual, and hard-working
  • Have excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Have a friendly and outgoing personality, with a love of working with an international clientele
  • Be confident working in a fast-paced environment and meeting tight deadlines
  • Care about people and have a desire to be part of a team that cares deeply about making customers' vacation dreams come true
  • Must provide references and undergo a criminal clearance report during the hiring process
