About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative at our Bedford, NS dealership. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and ensuring our customers' vacation dreams are realized.

Key Responsibilities
  • Meet and greet customers, providing fast and efficient service with departures and returns
  • Quality check for departing and returning RVs, ensuring they meet our high standards
  • Demonstrate features of the RV rental fleet, providing expert information to customers
  • Solve customer concerns and/or issues in a friendly and professional manner
  • Perform basic administrative duties, processing financial transactions and reports
Requirements
  • Fluency in German or Dutch is an asset
  • Be a person of integrity, always making a positive contribution to your work environment
  • Be reliable, punctual, and hard-working
  • Have excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Have a friendly outgoing personality and love working with an international clientele
  • Be confident working in a fast-paced environment and meeting tight deadlines
