Customer Service Representative Opportunity

We are seeking a positive and upbeat individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our promotional event team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our customers at our event spaces.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide general support to customers at our promotional event spaces
  • Learn how to create and develop new event ideas and promote to members of the public
  • Generate, report, and facilitate sales at events including completion of a handful of sales daily
  • Build relationships with customers and create an enjoyable experience
  • Provide customers with up to date offers and deals that best suit their needs
  • Preparing demonstrations and presentations for the events and setting up of branded events daily
  • Attend required training sessions and learn all of the different aspects of associated business
  • Implement direct marketing strategies to connect products to potential customers
