Sales Team Lead

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Sales Supervisor to join our team at Kevin Shay Sales Limited. As a Sales Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales staff and ensuring that our retail store runs smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:- Assign sales workers to duties and establish work schedules to ensure optimal sales performance.
- Sell merchandise and prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters.
- Resolve customer complaints and supply shortages in a timely and professional manner.
- Organize and maintain inventory levels to meet customer demand.
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales staff, including sales clerks and retail salespersons.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a retail sales environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
- Attention to detail and organizational skills.
