Key Responsibilities- Greeting and Directing Guests: Greet guests and direct them to the appropriate contact or service area.
- Providing Information: Provide basic information to clients and the public, including answering questions and resolving issues.
- Processing Information: Obtain and process information required to provide customer service, including taking messages and making reservations.
- Switchboard Operations: Operate the switchboard or telephone system, including answering and directing calls.
- Clerical Duties: Perform various clerical duties, such as filing, sorting, and distributing mail, as well as maintaining work records and logs.
- Communication: Answer telephone calls and relay messages, as well as arrange teleconferences and provide directory assistance.
- Administrative Support: Provide administrative support, including calculating billing charges and monitoring mobile radio or telephone.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a customer service or administrative role.
- Language: Fluency in English.
- Work Hours: 35 to 40 hours per week.
