Director of Analytics and Reporting

Momentum Financial Services Group_new is seeking a highly skilled Senior Manager of Analytics to lead our team of analytic professionals. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for building and leading a team that leverages analytics and reporting to uncover business value and track key performance indicators (KPIs).
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with Business Partners: Work closely with cross-functional teams to provide analytic and consulting services, driving business outcomes and informing strategic decisions.
- Lead a High-Performing Team: Build, manage, and motivate a team of analytic professionals, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
- Develop and Implement Analytics Solutions: Design and deliver dashboards, reports, and ad-hoc requests to track KPIs, lender requests, and support other business needs.
- Evaluate and Curate New Tools and Techniques: Stay up-to-date with the latest analytics tools, techniques, and data sources, identifying opportunities to drive business value.
- Communicate Insights and Recommendations: Effectively communicate complex analytical concepts and findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Foster a Test and Learn Culture: Encourage experimentation and learning within the team and across the organization.
- Education: Degree in an applied quantitative discipline, such as Statistics, Economics, Data Science, Applied Mathematics, Business Analytics, Physics, Operations Research, Computer Science, or Engineering.
- Experience: 5+ years in applied analytics, preferably in financial services, with 2+ years of management experience.
- Skills: Expertise in SQL, Python, SAS, R, or other analytic programming languages, as well as proficiency in dashboard development and delivery using tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Sigma.
