About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Director, Sustainability Reporting and Analytics to lead our Sustainability Reporting and Analytics team. This is a key role that will be responsible for developing and implementing our sustainability reporting strategy, ensuring compliance with emerging reporting standards, and providing thought leadership on sustainability-related issues.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Strategy
    • Develop and implement our sustainability reporting strategy, aligned with emerging reporting standards and best practices.
    • Provide thought leadership on sustainability-related issues, including climate change, ESG, and social responsibility.
  • Sustainability Reporting and Analytics
    • Oversee the development and maintenance of our sustainability reporting framework, including metrics and indicators.
    • Ensure the accuracy and completeness of our sustainability reports, including the Portfolio Carbon Footprint and Green Bond reports.
    • Collaborate with our Sustainable Investing team to ensure alignment with our sustainability reporting strategy.
  • Team Management
    • Lead and manage a team of sustainability measurement and reporting specialists.
    • Provide coaching, mentoring, and performance management to team members.
  • Stakeholder Engagement
    • Engage with internal stakeholders, including the CFO, Managing Director, Valuation & Analytics, and other senior leaders.
    • Collaborate with external stakeholders, including industry associations, regulatory bodies, and sustainability reporting advisors.
Requirements
  • Experience
    • 10+ years of experience in investment valuation, analysis, and/or financial reporting.
    • 5+ years of experience managing a team.
  • Education
    • University degree, preferably with a CBV or CFA or MBA.
  • Skills
    • Strong technical valuation knowledge and analytical foundation.
    • Excellent knowledge of investments analysis and assessment.
    • Sound valuation skills, including a keen awareness of sustainability-related risks impacting value.
    • Strong project management skills.
    • Direct experience in valuation and sustainability risk monitoring and reporting.
